OPTIONAL MINI TOURNAMENT

Tournament Details For Beginner/Intermediate Kids
Level of Play
 This optional mini tournament will have modified scoring and smaller boundaries so that even kids with only one month of tennis experience will be able to enjoy themselves and participate!
When
 Sunday, 10/14 -- There will be three to four divisions split based on age and ability. Your child will play sometime between 10-1 (your child's time will be assigned later through email). You are free to leave once your child's division has finished.
Where
 MVHS tennis courts, of course!
Prizes
 Awesome tennis themed trophies!
Play Time
 We are shooting for each child to play between 45 minutes - 1 hour.
How To Sign Up/Cost
 The cost is $10 (please add this to your "Fall Fun" registration).

RELEASES
Liability Release: The undersigned understands that participating in tennis lessons with Murrieta Tennis (and all its agents and employees) includes a risk of injury, including negligence on the part of Murrieta Tennis agents and employees. The undersigned agrees to accept responsibility and discharge Murrieta Tennis for any physical injury incurred during our lessons, regardless of the cause. The undersigned agrees to release Murrieta Tennis and all its agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims or causes of action.

Photo Release: Every once in awhile, we like to take pictures of the kids in our classes to add to our website, www.murrietatennis.com. We do not list the child's name. Please sign below if you are comfortable with your child being in tennis pictures (group pictures or pictures of them participating in the class). "For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorize Murrieta Tennis to use photographs of me or my child(ren) and/or my property and authorize them and their assignees to use and publish with or without names, photographs herein described in any and all forms and media for the purpose of publicity, illustration, advertising, signs, websites or for any other lawful use as may be determined by Murrieta Tennis and associates. I am of full legal age and hereby read and understand the terms of this release.
